More about Bryan

Bryan’s professional background uniquely combines education, athletics, and clinical mental health counseling. His work focuses on helping children, adolescents, men, and families navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and build resilience. His areas of professional interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, self-esteem, fatherhood, and identity development.

As a former collegiate and professional athlete, Bryan understands the psychological demands of competition, performance, leadership, and personal identity. Through his Athletic Intelligence initiative, he integrates mental health principles, emotional intelligence, and character development to help student-athletes develop the skills necessary to succeed both in sports and in life.

Bryan is also the founder of CURE, a youth and family development initiative focused on strengthening communities through mentorship, social-emotional learning, conflict resolution, and personal growth. His mission is to help young people develop the emotional, social, and behavioral skills necessary to build healthier relationships and create meaningful futures.

Beyond his clinical and educational work, Bryan is passionate about fatherhood, men’s mental health, and strengthening families. Through his platform, A Father’s Love, he encourages men to embrace emotional vulnerability, develop healthy communication skills, practice intentional parenting, and redefine strength through accountability, compassion, and emotional maturity.

As a speaker, mentor, and mental health professional, Bryan brings a unique perspective shaped by his experiences in the classroom, on the athletic field, in clinical settings, and as a father. His approach emphasizes the connection between mental wellness, personal responsibility, emotional development, and the power of healthy relationships.

His mission is simple: to educate, empower, and equip individuals with the tools necessary to heal, grow, and become the healthiest versions of themselves.
